Es gibt klare Imfvorgaben von der WSAVA, seid JAHREN!
The WSAVA also states that the last puppy vaccine against the core diseases
should be given at 14-16 weeks of age. This is because, before this time, the mother
passes immunity to her puppies, and this ‘maternal immunity’ can prevent the
vaccine from working.
A high percentage (98%) of core puppy vaccines given between 14-16 weeks of age
will provide immunity against parvovirus, distemper and adenovirus for many years,
and probably for the life of the animal.
Auf Deutsch: vor 14-16 Woche (je nach Titer) zu impfen zerstört die maternale Immunität und der Wirkstoff muss nicht wirken. Die danach verabreichte Impfung hat jahre- wenn nicht Lebenslange Immunitätswirkung.
Es gibt mehrere Studien, die belegen, das ein Titer, egal wie hoch, eine Immunität gewährt. Es gibt , seid JAHREN!!!, Titerchecks, die den TÄ nichtmal 10 Euro kosten würden, welche in der Praxis und NICHT IM LABOR gemacht werden und man nach 20 Minuten weiß, ob ein Titer vorhanden ist, oder nicht.
Was Tollwut angeht, so habe ich mir den teueren Spass gegönnt und habe 3 Jahren nach Impfe meine Hunde Titer machen lassen. Bei beiden war er noch vorhanden.
